We are very happy to be able to spoil our guests again. A feeling of security is a prerequisite for carefree enjoyment. We ensure this out of conviction and with passionate hospitality with the following measures:

  • We are happy to receive your wishes in advance by e-mail.

  • Cashless payment and cash payment with a safe distance is recommended.

  • Disinfectant is available throughout the house, as well as a disinfectant for your room to take away.

  • We warmly welcome you on site, but without physical contact.

  • Many pretty disinfection stations in the public areas of the paradise ensure that hands always remain germ-free.

  • The behavioral recommendations for common safety and health are clearly visible and comprehensible.

  • We ensure good and regular ventilation of the rooms.

Employee​

  • Ongoing instruction of employees on hygiene matters, such as disinfection and health care.

  • We test ourselves regularly.

  • To protect our guests and our team, we continue to keep a safe distance.

  • Our cleaning staff are regularly trained and instructed in correct, efficient cleaning and disinfection.

 

Cleaning​

  • The rooms are cleaned using disinfectant solutions and new cloths are constantly being used for the surfaces.

  • The laundry is washed exclusively in-house using the latest hygiene technology.

meals

  • The tables in the restaurants allow guests to keep the safety distance.

  • Breakfast is served both in buffet form, with guests helping themselves at a distance, and with an à la carte selection.

  • Disinfection dispensers are available at the breakfast buffet.

  • During the day and in the evening we serve you with fine drinks and various à la carte dishes in all guest areas and restaurants.

  • We are happy to serve an individual room service offer to the room.
